Quality is the key to our success, we strive to ensure that every single shipment fully complies with the stated requirements and no further inspection should be required. A number of customers operate ship to stock programs with us where parts go directly into their inventory. Parts will be checked and measured at various stages of production and will undergo a final rigorous inspection by QA before being allowed to be shipped. Modern Quality Equipment is in use including CMM’s, Profile Projectors, Hardness Testers and Surface Finish measuring equipment, all measuring equipment will undergo regular documented calibration. Our locations are all ISO9001 approved.
- Each Shipment will include a QA document identifying dimensions that have been measured along with the actual dimensions.
- Material Certificates can be supplied when required.
- Certificates of Conformance ( C of C ) can be supplied per shipment when required.
- Material Chemical Analysis reports performed by an independent SGS laboratory can be supplied
